Darcy Residential Limited (company number 12408507) is a block and property management company based in Kensington. It is led by our director, Nazy Amini, who has over 30 years’ experience in London’s property market. We look after residential buildings for freeholders, resident management companies, right-to-manage companies and leaseholders. Our areas include Kensington, Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Belgravia, Marylebone, Hampstead, St John’s Wood, St James’s and Finchley.

We are a boutique firm by choice. Nazy oversees every building personally. As a result, directors and leaseholders deal with people who know their building. Our work covers regular inspections and planned maintenance. It also covers fire safety, lift and electrical compliance, and contractor management. In addition, we prepare service charge budgets and year-end accounts and manage Section 20 major works. For emergencies, we offer 24/7 support.

Darcy Residential is registered with The Property Ombudsman (TPO), an independent redress scheme for property agents.

Darcy Residential Property Management took over the management of our seven-storey purpose-built building in Chelsea around five months ago, inheriting a very difficult situation after a prolonged period of poor management. The improvement in such a relatively short period has been significant.

We have already seen a noticeable improvement in the cleanliness and day-to-day running of the building, a much more proactive approach to identifying longer-term maintenance and compliance issues, and tangible progress in reducing service-charge arrears.
