Working with Nazy and her team has been a pleasure. The building is maintained in impeccable condition and is inspected regularly. The contractors selected have been extremely responsive and fair in their billing. We have nearly 24/7 access to Nazy. The budget is managed with regular updates. It has been a great relief to have such diligent oversight of our building’s maintenance.

Nazy and team are amazing at their jobs. We were with HML for years, overcharging us constantly. I took over the building as director and wanted to change. We’d had enough. Nazy from Darcey came round to the building and immediately pointed out all things that legally needed doing on the communals that HML should have done and hadn’t. She then put a proposal together and in the proposal had demonstrated savings we’d make. We have given notice to HML and Darcy have taken over the whole move over to them. They are really easy to deal with and super friendly. A much easier process than I expected, very happy with the change!

I can highly recommend Darcy as managing agents. They have been endlessly patient, polite and responsive over problems in the building in which I live in what has been a
particularly difficult year. And have dealt with after hours emergencies on numerable occasions.
