With a passion for problem-solving, I originally set out to create a company that would redefine property management. I wanted to elevate standards across the industry. I always ask myself “Would I want to live here?” and answer with a resounding “Yes.”

Combining my past experience in real estate management, with a trusted network of reliable local contractors and professional surveyors, allows me to reach all client objectives. Leaseholder engagement and communication is a key part of this business and something I have always enjoyed. I take a bespoke approach to each building I manage. At Darcy Residential, we don’t just manage properties—we create spaces where people love to live and work.

Nazy and team are amazing at their jobs. We were with HML for years, overcharging us constantly. I took over the building as director and wanted to change. We’d had enough. Nazy from Darcey came round to the building and immediately pointed out all things that legally needed doing on the communals that HML should have done and hadn’t. She then put a proposal together and in the proposal had demonstrated savings we’d make. We have given notice to HML and Darcy have taken over the whole move over to them. They are really easy to deal with and super friendly. A much easier process than I expected, very happy with the change!
